So, the 80’s hit Portland Saturday and it felt like Bruce Springstein, Bon Jovi and can’t forget good old Crysal Gale were there jamming with us. Best outfits clearly had to go to Mariah and Whitter and Ethan and Bryn, check out more pics in the photos section.
Emotions were running high but in the end the men outwitted the ladies and prevailed in the traditional game some refer to as flip cup!
A day of class, a week of work, a month of change. Ideas begining to flow but when they flash and before they pass, write them down before they drown, following through, phew!
New ideas.. MaineStop, CoffeeStop, Webinthabox, sea salt and more for sure. So, if you ever want to read the chronicles of john herrigel, here is a link to my past entries and to www.TriggsHuntington.com/journal.html

Value, how does one weigh such a term. Moral values, family values, the value of your home, the time value. What is valuable to one, may be worthless to another. To me, value is having things in life to be proud up, people to really share and connect with, content of mind knowing you are successful in your own way. A bright shiny morning here in Maine, hopes to move into York street this week with the goal of spending my first night there Friday!!! Keeping an even keep, content in the moment and letting oneself flow with then energy waves emanating throughout our world….

Where to begin, the use of words to express thoughts, emotions, feelings. Reading my brothers new site at www.scotherrigel.com I am amazed at his breadth of knowledge and ability to write, be sure to check it out, but be prepared to focus!! A busy day, each day more than 60,000 thoughts go through our minds, which ones to listen to, which ones to expand, after watching “the Secret” last night, I strong recommend anybody interested in expanding thier minds, watch, read or listen to this simply truth. The Law of Attraction, ask, believe, receive. How amazing the power or our thoughts can be, a simple uplifting way to view life, the ability to change, the ability to control your destiny. The awesome power of our minds, our souls is humbling and marvelous. Don’t settle for mediocrity, don’t be afraid to change, simply make the commitment and go for it..

A great winter day celebration in Vermont. Alpine, Nordic, Ski Jumping, Olympics, great food, great friends, great times. Despite the risky high speed trek across topping out at speeds in excess of 120, thanks Timmy :), all managed to be safe and sound, keep the place clean and get home in one piece. Scot had his hands full with the 3 dygs in Bath, a hearty thank you from all the owners!! Take a look in the photos section for some scenes from the weekend. Cold temps and snow on the way….

In our high paced lifes we live we always seem to be moving towards the finish, towards accopmlishment, fulfillment, success. What is it that drives us? Human nature, evolution of our species, a desire for self-reward. Realizing it has been quite a while since my last entry, life has been chugging along, no major highlights stick out other than simply living and loving! York Street saga is sadly
nearing completion, floors came out better than I could ever have hoped, bringing the whole place together, as the temps have turned cold, the oil burner has done a great job of bleeding me dry, lots of activity on the real estate front and a few trips to Goddards Pond in Bath for some great ice skating excursions.
