As the site begins to change, I begin to change. We are all changing always.  The question becomes then will you accept and embrace this change or will you fight it/resit it.  When Dagny was down on the Audax last winter  she played a great tape for Stevie, myself and her that talks about going with the flow, riding the current down the proverbial river vs struggling and fighting to go up and against it.  When you find your mind racing as I often do… as difficult as it can be, try and remind yourself that “this too will pass.”  Embracing, accepting, enjoying the reality of the moment is so easy to say, sometimes not as easy to practice, but we are creatures of habit and the more you practice, the easier it becomes and once the self feeding, positive reinforcement mechanisms take over what seemed so difficult yesterday becomes a walk in the park today.  I wonder when this is going to happen in our economy!?!?!?  Buy a house today, DO IT!!
